Soviet Propaganda Posters
This is a website we designed & built selling reproduction posters globally. It works well in Google searches because it sells basically a single niche product.
The Website Design
This is the lastest revamp of this website using the specific ready made website template of selling posters or art. We kept to a simple clean theme to emphasise the poster artwork.
What makes this special for selling art work is the method of attaching a price list to each thumbnail position.
First is for a paper poster, second for framed, third (shown) is for the ready-made canvas and the last for a canvas rolled in tube - a different price list with sizes and stock available is shown depending on the thumbnail chosen.
So for essentially one product there are many variants - 17 sizes across 4 types for this Lenin poster - with simpler generic shopping carts available you'd have to enter them as 17 individual products.
The main image has as the individually selectable zoom tool turned on.
The website template also includes the global shipping module with delivery options.
This website is also connected to The Whole Picture Company who make and ship all the posters - they get a copy of the order, which is automatically triggered from the online payment module.
